Neither is correct, since marriage is a terrible idea.
Just kidding, they are both correct. IMO the second one is better, because it saves MARRY to the end, keeping up the drama. Until you get there, the other person is not absolutely certain you won't say: "Will you make me the happiest man in the world and buy me a pizza?"

"Will you make the me happiest man in the world?"
-because usually the man is down on one knee holding out a ring so it is well implied what he means
