Hola Mohammed!
In English present perfect is an action that started in the past but it´s still effective in the present. For example:
I have traveled to Europe 5 times.
I have studied English for 2 years.
Past perfect is an action that started in the past before another action in the past.
I had finished my homework when you arrived.
I had played that game already before you mentioned it.
