The sentense #1 makes sense?
#1: Could you take care of the current problem to allow us to do our business as usual?
Which sentense is better, #1 or #2?
#2: Could you take care of the current problem so that we can do business as usual?

Both seem ok to me. You might consider saying “so that we can return to business as usual “
