Dear Mr. Eyk,
Thank you for your e-mail. I am very excited to attend the conference. I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions.
1. Could you tell me the location of the nearest hotel from the conference center?
2. Is there a restaurant around the conference center?
3. Could you tell me how to get to the conference center from Middletown station?
Thank you for your help in advance.
Best regards,
Tanaka

1. It is more natural to say “wrote” than “typed” since it is obvious you typed an email :)
