These days, I have been trying to really discipline myself. I feel like I am a soldier in the army. Discipline is not simply doing things in the list. It is painful actually. I feel tired, I feel uneasy and disappointed besides a lot of emotions. But I can see a little strange interesting things when I am making this effort which keep me from losing heart.

These days, I have been trying to really discipline myself. I feel as if I were a soldier in the Army. Discipline is not simply doing things on a list. It is painful, actually. I feel tired. I feel uneasy and disappointed, as well as very emotional. But I can see a little strange interesting things when I am making this effort which keep me from losing heart.
I don't understand your last sentence. Please explain.
For hypothetical situations, use subjunctive mood: "as if I were". Note: "were", not "was".
Comma after "painful".
Period after "tired". Do not use a comma to separate two sentences.
Since "uneasy" and "disappointed" are adjectives while "emotions" is a noun, the list "uneasy, disappointed, and emotions" is poorly constructed.
