How to say " i hope you are doing well " in japanese?

"hope" - you can use "いいxになるように" or "良いxを" or "Xと祈ります。"
Depending on when and where you use it. For example, if you write an email to someone at the beginning, " I hope you are doing well" - then here, it means 挨拶、you can use: お元気ですか。or いかがですか。
