Normally, I never give up anything easily, because I am an determined person. Yet, I say myself when I try to motivate with saying this time is last trying. An other motivation technique is that I say myself that if an other person manage to do this, I can do this too. Maybe the second technique is my favorite one. These are my motivation techniques, but I know other technique which is used by many people. For instance, meditation is an interesting technique which is used before start to do something. Some of people try this one to concentrate and collect all of her or his energy, then motivate themselves.
