To me, life is full of shining points and nothing is more exciting than when you encounter amazing views unexpectedly on a very normal day. I usually take a number of pictures on a daily basis, because I can always find beauties around me and want to capture the moment. I've taken loads of amazing pictures no matter on ordinary days or when traveling. Now I would like to share two of them, taken recently, and hope that you will enjoy them. Picture 1 was taken around two weeks ago when I was taking a walk after dinner on campus. At that time, night was falling while there were dark clouds gathering and the wind was blowing. It seemed that there was heavy rain was going to fall. When I was on my way back to my dorm, I saw this small piece of blue and purple sky with stunning white clouds around. My breath just stopped. It stopped my feet too. I just stood there, forgetting everything except this amazing view, even though it was raining lightly. What a beautiful moment! Honestly speaking, clouds in summer are the most changeable, varied as well as amazing! As for picture 2, I was hiking for two days in the northern part of my province early this April. It is a world geopark and famous for a special type of mountain called Danxia Mountains. There are more than 600 mountains in this site. I was standing when taking this picture. As a matter of fact, I was amazed by our ancestors who usually loved to build on mountains. I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be and how long it would take to build on mountains in ancient China when there were no advanced tools and technology. The scenery is breathtaking everywhere there and among hundreds of pictures I took during the two days, this is my favorite.

I was standing in a temple which is located in the middle of the mountains when I taking this picture. As a matter of fact, I was amazed by our ancestors who usually loved to build temples on mountains. I couldn't imagine how difficult and how long it would be to build a temple on mountains in ancient China when there was no such advanced tools and high technologies. However, there are lots of temples on mountains in China. Besides this one, there is another Buddhist temple and Taoist temple in other mountains of the park too. The scenery is breathtaking everywhere there and among hundreds of pictures I took during the two days, this is my favorite.
