Could you give me some advice about the short essay? Thank you very much! Urbanization raises farmers' incomes and reduces chronic poverty in rural area significantly. Wan Guanghua (2010) believed that although urbanization does not narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, it increased farmers' income significantly. On one hand, urbanization promotes transformation of agricultural population to non-agricultural population, increasing the agricultural land area per capita. (Wang sangui, 2008). Therefore, it promotes the large-scale operation of agricultural production and improves agricultural productivity. As a result, farmers earn more money. On the other hand, industrialization provides employment opportunities for rural labor, which increases their income. (Zhang qian, 2006). The ratio of Chinese urbanization will increase from 56% in 2015 to 90% in 2050. It means that another 8 million hectares of land in rural area can be used for efficient agricultural production, which consisted of 6 percent of the country's total arable land. Given the fertility of these new arable lands, it is expected that output of grains will be 4.2 percent higher in 2050 than that in 2015. (Wang sitong, 2020). As a result, as production become more efficient, income of farmers will rise significantly. According to data from Liaoningning Bureau of statistics (NBS), it is concluded that urbanization has a positive correlation with farmers' income, and urbanization has a long-term effect on farmers' income growth. (Wu xin, 2016). It shows that urbanization has a chronic and positive influence on poverty.

*The tenses don’t match: either “urbanization did”/“it increased” or “urbanization does”/“it increases” **This is just a suggestion — “it” could refer to a lot of things in the previous sentence, so I would state exactly what you mean to avoid confusion :) ***This is also just a suggestion :) “Than that in” is also correct, but you don’t need “that” (and it sounds more natural to me without it) ****The deleted section isn’t necessary: when you say “according to the data,” I already know that the next clause will explain a conclusion (if that makes sense?) *****One more suggestion! :) It’s a little unclear to me whether “it” means the data? The long-term effect? Both? :) Fantastic text!!
