We watched a film but we didn't like it. You can not use "it didn't like us" as that implies the movie is the one that had the decision to enjoy or not enjoy you

The second is correct. In the first sentence the film did not like you watching it. In the second sentence you watched a terrible film and you hated/disliked it. The first one is wrong/incorrect. The second sentence is absolutely correct.

1.We watched a film, but it didn't like us . — Мы посмотрели фильм, но мы ему не понравились. 2.we watched a film, dut we didn't like it. — Мы посмотрели фильм, но он нам не понравился. В английском языке порядок слов: SVO (Subject Verb Object), то есть сначала идёт подлежащее, кто совершил действие, затем глагол и потом дополнение.
