Hi guys! "Sometimes you get up tired."
Is this sentence grammatically right? It sounds a bit strange to me though.

I think "sometimes you wake up tired" would be more clear, but both are correct and easily understood.

I wake up tired, and I get up tired hahaha

yes. get up = get out of bed.
so sometimes, when you get out of bed you still feel tired = you get up tired
