You have bought a toy in an online toy shop, but the toy is damaged. You have to write a letter to the shop manager: – Describe the toy. – Describe the damages. – Providing a resolution. Dear Sir or Madam, I'm sending you this email because of a damaged product. I have bought a toy rabbit in your online toy shop last week and paid for it with a credit card. The box was damaged when I received it on the 17th of June, I was expecting at least the product was not affected. But unfortunately, when I opened the box immediately I realized it was smashed. The photos of the damaged package and product are attached. Please let me know how you’d like the problem resolved. If you want it back, send me a pre-paid label and I will ship it back to you for a replacement or refund. How to deal with the return of it? Or do I need to ship it to the manufacturer for repair? Or do you want to offer credit or exchange instead of returns? Thank you for you help. Regards X

Smashed means that the product was badly broken or shattered. it might be too strong a word in this sentence. Broken might be better.
