Today, I ate a ''Sata Andagi'' for dessert.
It's famous and popular sweets of Okinawa.
Okinawa is one of prefecture in Japan, and there is located in south.
Also there had traded with foreign countries because there was one of Kingdom.(There called Ryukyu okoku in the past.)
Therefore it is said that its origin came from China.
I like it because it's like donuts!
The outside of dough is crispy, but the inside is soft and fluffy.(I ate it when it has just finished fried in oil. so if you eat it, you should warm in the microwave!)
It was made by my father, and its taste was yummy!
He often cook a meal, which is always delicious.
I hope I can cook as well as him!
