1) This dude's complaining because his movie, which he filled with propaganda, didn't win an Oscar. He argues that without major lobbying and spending millions, you can't even stand a chance!"
2) "You won't snag an Oscar, says the disgruntled guy with his propaganda-filled movie that got snubbed. It's all about massive lobbying and dropping millions, according to him!"
3) "The guy's all sore because his movie, loaded with propaganda, didn't nab an Oscar. He insists you need massive lobbying and millions spent to even have a shot!"
