Is this an idiom or just nonsense? "If I had the side of a mountain..."? Does it have anything to do with the sun he mentioned later?

FYI, whatever this movie is contains a lot of slang tha most native speakers don't understand either.

I do not think this is an idiom, but it may well be slang. I doubt it is connected with the later comment about the sun.
