I like cooking but hate doing the dishes. When I eat with my bf, doing the dishes is his responsibility. But today there is no one here who does the dishes for me.

Seems lonely :(. I hope you get to eat together again soon. Your English is mostly ok! I just made some changes so it sounds more natural. The only one that's really *wrong* is "firstly" - firstly is used for lists of points, like in an argument. Use "first" for "before that."
