Antonella
Community TutorSo I'm going to describe my 2nd name because my first name is Italian (Antonella) and it doesn't have such a deep meaning.
Anahí: comes from the Guaraní (South America) and it means "the youngest girl in the family"
It's an interesting name because there's a very popular legend about it.
It's the name of a native young warrior, from the Guaranís Tribe. She was very brave and fought with his tribe against the Spanish conquerors. She was captured and taken as a prisoner. One night she managed to escape and killed one of her captors, but she was found and condemned to die at the stake. While she was burning herself she began to sing a beautiful song in guaraní, and by dawn, in the place a beautiful tree with red flowers grew up, which happens to be the "Ceibo" the national flower of Argentina 🌺
