说话跟服务员的时候,我因该用“你”还是“您”?大部分的时候我比服务员年轻。

I guess you want to ask when you should use “您好” and also“你好”. Actually both of them can be polite and the difference is that the former is more official and the latter is more casual. So when you talk to the waiter in a restaurant I suggest “你好” will be better.

“您”是尊称,用“你”也没问题,应该是“跟服务员说话”,不是“说话跟服务员”,这点应该注意
