Leandro Quiroga
Hello everyone. I need help writing my speech.
<--- BEGIN --->
Hello teacher, my name is Leandro Quiroga and I am student of Electronic Engineer degree.
I was absent for several classes because in addition to being a student, I work as a software developer and sell services abroad.
I am interested in recovering the "promotion" of the matter.
Is there a possibility of recovering practical work?
Since it is not within my means to leave my job and my absences are repeated, can I request some consideration from you?
<--- END --->
How can I write it better?
Does it sound natural?
Thanks you for your time.

From: ‘ I am interested in recovering promotion…’ to the end is not clear what you want from the teacher. Are you asking to make up for the missed classes? If so promotion wouldn’t be the right word to use. Also are you working 1 or 2 jobs? If it’s 1 job than it would be better to say: electronic engineer selling services abroad rather than saying “… and sell services abroad.” Which implies 2 jobs.
