Are both sentences OK?
The tea is too hot, scalded my tongue.
I feel numbness in my arms and feet.

I would add "it" before "scalded my tongue" to sound it more formal. The second sentence is OK.

The first sentence is really two sentences joined together by a comma. That is not allowed. You can fix it by saying: "the coffee BEING too hot scalded my tongue".
