So can I say “pfft the spelling mistake”

It’s just a slightly derogatory sound we make for a variety of reasons.
1. When you are try to say something is not important or easy when another person thinks the opposite.
2 we often use it to mean
“ I don’t really care”
Or
“ it’s not important”

Well is it possible to make a spelling mistake in speaking?
In writing, Yes, but when we speak we don’t how a person would spell the word he says.
