This weekend I am going to visit my parents, due to the pandemic, we have to reduce our meeting. I do not meet them so often. I will have a walk in the park near my house, if it does not rain. On saturday I usually made home made pizza for the dinner. On sunday I will take care of my plants and in the afternoon I might watch a movie, study english and practice yoga.

This weekend I am going to visit my parents. Due to the pandemic, we had to reduce the number of times we visit eachother. I do not visit them so often. I will have a walk in the park near my house, if it is not raining. On saturdays, I usually make home made pizza for the dinner. On sunday I will take care of my plants and in the afternoon I might watch a movie, study english and practice yoga.
Some verb tense were changed but it depends on the context that I couldn't figure out from your text. The most striking one is when you describe what you do in the weekend. The first sentence (on Saturdays) have two possibilities. The number at you wrote it implies that you are describing what you usually do on Saturday ... So present tense need to be used. If you were talking about what you wanted to do this Saturday and Sunday .. you use the future. E.g. On Saturday, I will make home made pizza, like I usually do (as usual).
