Hi! What is “conceivable metric”? Here is a sentence where I met this phrase:
“Must is why, in the early days, Airbnb sold boxes of cereal to make ends meet because no one would give them money and every conceivable metric said they should quit.”

Conceivable = think
Metric = number or result
Basically in this scenario it’s saying when comparing information such as income/expenses, or growth of the company or any other type of data, all the data indicated the company would do poorly ... so basically every piece of data (metrics) they had suggested they would fail. So every possible test they could think of (conceivable) was indicating a bad future.
