Hey there, does the phrase 'you didn't run it by me' in this context mean 'you didn't consult it with me'?
Could it also be 'you didn't run it wth me'?

"You didn't run it by me" means that you didn't check with me or, as you said, you didn't consult me with me about it. You would not say, "you didn't run it with me". It would not make sense.
