I'm trying to think up our new business with my colleges. One of my team members is good at coming up with ideas. The other member is good at summarizing the ideas. In conclusion, my colleges are talented human! I want to be like them so I will see and ask them for advice!

Hi Kiko,
It's true that coming up with new ideas can be a challenge. It's always good to have friends you can ask and get good advice from. :)
By the way, we usually use "in conclusion" at the end of a longer set of ideas (especially in an academic essay). Using "in short" is more casual and appropriate for your writing.
