Is "corral loading" a right expression?(especially when referring to people)

I think you might mean grouping people and urging them to move as a group. If this is correct, then I think you should say corralling Example sentences; She was corralling her students on the playground. They were getting ready to be going back inside soon. Corralling the soccer players is something the coach does so he can give instructions.
