I am not a lazy person but waking up late is a bad habit that I am changing 🙂 I got bad habits such as WAKING up late in the day. ¹....by 7 a.m. at the latest¹ is be a common ways to say it (instead of "or maximum at 7 a.m.") It can be hard to decide whether to use "good" or "well", even for native English speakers. And we even argue sometimes about which word is correct, ha ha. In your recording you said, "I am feeling so good...so well...with my changes." I suggest one of the following: I'm feeling so good about my changes. = I am happy about the changes. I'm feeling so good because of my changes. = My body is feeling good. I'm feeling very well because of my changes = My health is good. ("well" sounds quite formal here.)
Your recording sounded good. Your English learning seems to be going well :-) And it's nice to hear the sound of a rooster crowing in the background. :-)

Very clear pronunciation. Instead of "maximum", use "latest by a certain time".
