If someone asks you 'How are you?' there are plenty of options to say.
Try one of these.
-I'm great. What about you?
-Can't complain.
-I'm doing pretty well.
-Not too bad.
-Eh. It's alright.
-I'm fine. How you doin?
-I'm doing great. Much better than yesterday.
