The way to express a high level of agreement would be:
“I could not agree [with you] more!”
(I really, really agree!)

Both are incorrect.
I cannot agree 'with' you anymore.👍
Any more: to talk about quantities...
Anymore: adverb...
- Would you like any more biscuits?
- No, I really shouldn't be eating biscuits anymore; I promised myself I would go on a diet.
