Baymax: [appears behind Hiro] Hiro?
Hiro: [screams, then sees who it is] You gave me a heart attack!
Baymax: [rubs his hands together] My hands are equipped with defibrillators. [He moves his hands toward Hiro] Clear.
Hiro: [alarmed] STOP, STOP, STOP, STOP! It's just an expression!
Could you explain the meaning of "Clear" in the second-last line of the above transcript?

"Clear!" is an order for everyone operating on a patient to move their hands back off the patient so the defibrillator can work on the patient and not shock other people touching him.
