The flowers are just abloom.
The flowers are just now in bloom.
The flower blooms have started.
#1 is wrong because it tries to use "bloom" both as a noun and a verb at the same time. You have to choose one or the other. It can be fixed as
"The flowers are starting to show their blooms"
