It's a song lyric, so it's open to interpretation.
I can't tell if she is using 'don't call the night' directly in connection with 'loud like Mordechai' or if they are just separate, related lines.
It could just be an abstract notion of calling forth something or calling on something, i.e. here 'the night.' The night could symbolically represent darkness, chaos, sadness, etc. Thus, don't call on darkness, sadness, etc...can't say for sure.
