"I like best the tea of blackcurrant and blueberry, because it has the perfect mixture of sour and sweet."

I like blackcurrant and blueberry tea best, because it has the perfect mixture (or balance) of sweet and sour.

You can also say "favorite" instead of "I like... best", as in "Blackcurrant and blueberry is my favorite [kind of] tea, because it has the perfect mixture of sweet and sour."
