It is an odd choice of words. It is not common to use "recycle" in this way but the meaning is clear nonetheless. It means "you will continue to repeat the same experiences over and over unless you change your thinking".
"Recycle" is normally used to describe physical objects. For example, you recycle aluminum cans so that the material can be used again. It is odd to use "recycle" to describe experiences. The sentence says that without "changing your thinking" you will continue to reuse the same experiences over and over. It's a mistake though, because experiences cannot be reused. That doesn't mean you can't say it. It makes sense metaphorically. Even though it is wrong, it could be considered poetic.
