Day 4 Yesterday I exercised during the evening, because when I came back from work I was very stressed, so, exercising made me feel relaxed. Later, I took a shower and I had dinner - yogurt with cereal and drank some tea. This made me sleep very well. #helpme #correctme

Yesterday I exercised at night because I came home from work very stressed and exercising relaxes me. Afterwards I took a shower and had a dinner of yogurt with cereal and tea. This helped me sleep well.
