I usually watch some motivation video on youtube. The videos make you feel like begin when you start what you want to raise. Next, I frequently remember why I start what I want to raise. Sometimes I ask my girlfriend or my parents to give me motivation or spirit. Fortunately, I motivated from those things i did.
