How can I say "Nice to meet you" to a person in French without using the formal "vous", in a more informal and friendly way?

You could say:
Je suis ravie/heureuse de te rencontrer. (or even : Ravie/heureuse de te rencontrer)
Je suis ravie /heureuse de faire ta connaissance. (Ravie/heureuse de faire ta connaissance)
You can also just say : Enchantée.
