How can I say "Nice to meet you" to a person in French without using the formal "vous", in a more informal and friendly way?

You could say: Je suis ravie/heureuse de te rencontrer. (or even : Ravie/heureuse de te rencontrer) Je suis ravie /heureuse de faire ta connaissance. (Ravie/heureuse de faire ta connaissance) You can also just say : Enchantée.
