hey guys~ what's the difference between "charisma" and "allure"?

Charisma is a quality you could have in many situations, like a business person being outgoing or a friend with a great personality. When I hear the word "allure", it tends to have a more mysterious (and sexy?) feeling to it. For instance, you could say your dad has charisma but it would be weird and inappropriate to say your dad has allure.
