When we write an email, is it proper to write like "Hi,everyone ," at the beginning ?

Not really. The beginning of an email depends on the context. "Dear Zoe/John/Xi/Amanda" is always correct in a formal correspondence. I would suggest starting every email thread with this, and then adpot your greeting to the situation. What reply do you become? "Hi"? "Hello"? You may also write "Greetings", but that is only really in the first email in the email-thread.
