I work out six times a week.
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday a take walks at night in the soccer's field that is in front of my house. I also do exercises for my arms, squats for my legs and another exercise for my ankles. On the other hand, I ride the bike Wednesday and Friday about 20 or 30 minutes, however I also move in bike to my mom's house on Sunday. So, my day of rest is on Saturday. This week I will add exercices for my abdomen. I really enjoy doing exercise, I feel better when I do it because I feel relaxer and less stressed, besides my body feels better too, with more energy.
