none, of these is correct (sorry! đ). in english we would say: âthe nurse hooked me up to AN IV.â you need âanâ in front of IV. but if we weâre telling someone about our experience in the hospital we would just say: âthey gave me IV fluidsâ or something like that. good question though. đ đđœ
