Can someone explain to me what is this quistion means- 'mit oder ohne Kohlensäure'

It means, carbonated or not carbonated.
For example, you order a bottle of water, "mit Kohlensäure" means carbonated. And "ohne Kohlensäure" means not carbonated.
Literally it translates to: with carbonic acid and without carbonic acid.
mit = with
ohne = without
But another way to describe not carbonated water, is "stilles Wasser", means silent water.
