Hi everyone! It would be nice if you help me with my mistakes in english. How I discovered a little danish part inside of me. I read a little article about Hugge today evening. That`s how I understood the thing I`ve done since august called Hugge. As it was told in the article the Danes practice an intimate atmosphere with candles, soothing music, and aroma sticks on a daily basis. It helps to disconnect from the stressful reality. My Hugge with candles, aroma sticks, and calm music helped me to get through the depression episode. The fact that candles are scientifically proven to soothe us amazed me. That explains a lot. So I will try to find proof of this candle fact later.
