Today, the weather is a little bit cloudy. It also seems like the temperature has dropped a few degrees. Sometimes it seems to happen for no reason at all. It pops out of blue. Weather has a direct or indirect impact on our mood.
“Whether” means if. “Weather” refers to is happening outside, for example, whether it is raining, snowing, or sunny.
