Precisely means not vague. With detail etc. Accurately means correctly. So where do you live? Ukraine. That’s an accurate answer because I can see that you do live in this country. But it’s not precise because it’s vague. It doesn’t tell me where in Ukraine you live So if you answer a question accurately, it means you’re correct. If you answer it precisely, it means you’re giving a detailed answer BUT not necessarily a correct one

"Precisely" also means "exactly". You can use it to affirm something. Examples: Thomas: "So if I put salt in the water, the pasta will cook faster?" Lydia: "Precisely." - Meaning "yes" or "exactly" or "that's exactly right"
