We need more context to be sure.... Have the people in question had cosmetic procedures such as hair replacement and a nose job?

It sounds like someone is talking about the listeners children. She is saying that she hopes the kids have the dad's old hairline (the hair that the dad had when he was young, perhaps before he went bald) and the mother's nose that she was born with.
