It’s good. A road winds up a mountain, meaning its full of bends and curves.

Hi, Mohammed! It's just a way to describe something that bends or curves in an upward direction along a mountain or hill. You could also say "winding down" . Examples: 1. The roads wind up the mountain in a steep direction. 2. The stream wound down the hill forming a pond at its bottom. I hope this helps!
