1. Develop a good lifestyle. 2. Try going to bed no later than ten o'clock pm. 3. Keep away from all electrics when you are laying in the bed. 4. Do some exercise one hour after your dinner and also at least one hour before your sleeping time. 5. Don't strain yourself too much,keep good mood.
