Is there any difference between “inspiring” and “inspirational”?

They are very similar. As an example. A lot of Christian hymns are inspirational and people use these to set the tone for the youth meetings. It’s inspiring to be around positive people who compliment me on my weight loss.
I think a person can be inspirational.
It is less natural to be described as an inspiring person.
Inspiring is about the effect something has.
Inspiration is about the inherent quality something has.

Rosalie,
Ya nega varoo por Rusky 😉 I remember something like that. I have dubbed you Rosalie.
I feel there is always a difference. In this case I think inspirational is more general. Impersonal. More about the nature or character of something.
While inspiring is more specific. Personal. More about the effect something has on you or someone else specifically.
