다정하다 = sweet and caring (usually between friends or lovers). It comes from 다(a lot) + 정 (love and care), but it can also mean acting/looking like this.
상냥하다 = kind and nice in manners.
친절하다 = be nice and helpful toward others.
착하다 = be good and free of malice in character.
상냥하다 refers to the kind manners and style, and 친절하다 how helpful a person acts to others. 다정하다 usually describes how the relationship looks between two people (it can also describe an individual but less frequently). 착하다 refers to the underlying goodness of a person rather than how they are acting at the moment.
